NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Remote access to the meeting will be available to the public at: http://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for an access code.

The agendas will be available for public inspection at the Commission no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting. The agendas will also be available on the Commission’s Calendar webpage at http://psc.nebraska.gov/calendar.

RVF-17        In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the fees for the Recreational Vehicle Program.

MODF-17    In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the seal fee for the Modular Housing Program.

MANF-16    In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the seal fee amount for the Manufactured Home Program.
