TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

RE: Application No. NG-112.3 In the Matter of Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy, Rapid City, South Dakota, seeking approval of a 2024 System Safety and Integrity Rider.

Interested persons are hereby notified that the Hearing on the above-captioned application is set for November 16, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, and access via webconference is available on the Commission website.

NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Remote access to the meeting will be available to the public at: http://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for an access code.

The agendas will be available for public inspection at the Commission no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting. The agendas will also be available on the Commission’s Calendar webpage at http://psc.nebraska.gov/calendar.
