RE:  Application No. C-5498/NUSF-137    In the Matter of the Application of Dish Wireless, LLC, Englewood, Colorado, seeking designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in the State of Nebraska for the Limited Purpose of Providing Lifeline Service to Qualifying Customers.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a public hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Monday, September 11, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Videoconference access will be made publicly available through the Commission’s website at https://psc.nebraska.gov.
