PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on May 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Benson Wine II, LLC, dba “Eleven Eleven”, located at 6061 Maple Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Omaha Galaxy, LLC, dba “Firewater Grill”, located at 7007 Grover Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Throatscratchers, LLC, dba “Duck Duck Bottle Shop”, located at 4917 Underwood Avenue.

Class “C” Liquor License and to change the trade name/DBA to “WestEnd Cocktails & Appetizers”, for Zlicious, LLC, dba “WestEnd”, located at 1529 South 203rd Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for Chumbers, Inc., dba “Bills BBQ & Convenience”, located at 4414 North 24th Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
