NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Ralston City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, at 5:30 PM at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street on the Lakeview Landing Redevelopment Plan pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law.

Access Commercial, LLC submitted the Redevelopment Plan for the property located on the northwest corner of 72nd and P St, legally described as Lot 9, Independence City Center 1st Addition, a Subdivision in Douglas County, Nebraska.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for purposes of the Community Development Law.  A map of the area to be redeveloped and the cost-benefit analysis is on file and may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska or by email at mkelly@cityofralston.com.

Platinum Real Estate Group submitted the Redevelopment Plan for the building located at 7628 Main St, Ralston, NE, legally described as Lot 26, Block 34, in the Townsite of Ralston, Douglas County, Nebraska.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for purposes of the Community Development Law.  A map of the area to be redeveloped and the cost-benefit analysis is on file and may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska or by email at mkelly@cityofralston.com.

Red Park, LLC submitted the Redevelopment Plan for the building located at 5617 S. 77th St, Ralston, NE, legally described as the South ½ of Lots 21, 22 and 23, Block 35, Ralston Addition in Douglas County, Nebraska.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for purposes of the Community Development Law.  A map of the area to be redeveloped and the cost-benefit analysis is on file and may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska or by email at mkelly@cityofralston.com.
