PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
 
     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 27, 2019, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
 
     Class “C” Liquor License for BV McKay, LLC, dba “Cellar 44”, located at 2835 South 170^th Plaza, Suite 206.
 
     Class “I” Liquor License for Bailey B Lord Enterprises, LLC, dba “Geno’s Bar & Grill”, located at 3821 North 167^th Court, Suites 160 & 165.
 
     Class “D” Liquor License for GB License, LLC, dba “GoPuff”, located at 115 North 40^th Street.
 
     Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
