I. Call Meeting to Order- The meeting was called to order at 6:01 by President Allyson Slobotski noting a copy of the Open Meetings Act was located at the south wall of the Board Room.
II. Public Forum- Five members of the public were present to speak.
III. Consent Agenda- (Note: Items on the consent agenda are considered routine and will be enacted under one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items at the meeting unless a Board Member requests an item removed from the agenda for separate action.)

School Board President Allyson Slobotski called the meeting to order on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 5:01 p.m. School Board members in attendance were Jeremy Dick, Tim Dreessen, Kara Neuverth, Steve Shannon, Allyson Slobotski and Superintendent Aaron Plas.
City Council members in attendance were Clint Adams, Kaye Bridgeford, Shane Pekny and Mayor Zac Johns.
Also in attendance were City Clerk Mindi Laaker and District Secretary Jodi McCoy.
