COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT

OMAHA AIRPORT AUTHORITY

EPPLEY AIRFIELD

The Omaha Airport Authority is soliciting proposals for Landscaping & Mulching Services at Eppley Airfield. The scope of operation is to furnish materials, equipment and supervision and perform labor and services for the referenced seasonal work for a period of three (3) years.

Proposals must exclude Nebraska sales and use taxes including City of Omaha sales taxes. The Omaha Airport Authority will provide any necessary Nebraska tax exempt forms to the Contractor.

The Contractor’s Proposal Form with any attachments thereto must provide a minimum of three references, for similar services provided to others in the Omaha Metropolitan Area (within 150 miles of the city).

SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the Omaha Airport Authority administrative office at 4501 Abbott Drive, Suite 2300, Omaha, Nebraska 68110, Attention: Colleen Taul.  Proposals will not be accepted after 3:00 p.m. CST. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. The site visit is not mandatory in order to participate in the proposal process but is recommended. To register for the site visit, please send your request to colleen.taul@flyoma.com, by 4:00 p.m. CST, Monday, February 27, 2023. Proposal forms should be requested via the same e-mail address.  A contract will be awarded to the firm submitting the lowest and most responsible, responsive proposal with notification of award no later than March 22, 2023.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
