PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ralston, Nebraska at their regular meeting on June 15, 2021 passed and approved Ordinance No. 1285 in pamphlet form:

ORDINANCE NO. 1285

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF A CERTAIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE, SAME BEING LOT 1, SERUM INDUSTRIAL PARK REPLAT 1, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RALSTON, AS SURVEYED, PLATTED AND RECORDED IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA; DIRECTING THE CONVEYANCE OF SUCH REAL ESTATE, AND THE MANNER AND TERMS THEREOF, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND AUTHORIZING THE ORDINANCE BE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.

CITY OF RALSTON

NOTICE OF SALE AND REMONSTRANCE

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Ralston, Nebraska, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1285, proposes to sell the following described real property:

Lot 1, Serum Industrial Park Replat 1, an addition to the City of Ralston, Douglas County, Nebraska

That said land shall be sold to James B. Linhart for the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($798,750.00) cash or certified funds.

Said sale shall be consummated unless a remonstrance against said sale signed by registered voters of the city equal to thirty percent of the registered voters of the city voting at the last regular municipal election is filed with the City Council. If such remonstrance is successful, said property shall not now, nor for one year hereafter, be sold.
