VILLAGE BOARD HEARING

FOR REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

Notice is hereby given that the Village Board of the Village of Waterloo, Nebraska will hold a public hearing to consider the Business Park West Redevelopment Plan.  Such plan contains a provision for the division of ad valorem real estate taxes of the redevelopment site. The redevelopment plan, containing a map of the plan area and the cost-benefit study, is available for public inspection in the office of the village clerk.  The area under consideration includes the following: certain real estate described as all of Waterloo Business Park West, generally located at 2546 River Road Drive, within the Village of Waterloo.

The hearing shall begin at 7 o’clock pm, on the 12th day of June, 2023, in the city hall located at 509 South Front Street, Waterloo, Nebraska.

Further information regarding the hearing may be obtained at the office of the village clerk.
