NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO

ESTABLISH A CREDIT UNION BRANCH

Pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska Credit Union Act, notice is hereby given that Liberty First Credit Union, Lincoln, Nebraska, has filed an application with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance for approval to operate a branch office at 12702 Westport Parkway, Suite 100, La Vista, Nebraska.

Objections to the application must be filed with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 “K” Street, Suite 300, P.O. Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509, within fifteen days after the date of publication scheduled for April 22, 2024.  If substantive objections to the application are filed, the application will be scheduled for hearing.
