The Omaha Public Schools Board of Education and Educational Service Unit 19 will hold their next regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM Central. The meeting will be held at the Teacher Administrative Center (TAC), 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131-2000. A copy of the current agenda is available for public inspection in the office of the Board Secretary at TAC during normal business hours. The agenda may also be viewed by clicking on the Current Meeting link under the Board of Education tab at www.ops.org.

1. Sealed Bids addressed to Omaha Public Schools Schoolhouse Planning, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the “OPS Niagara N4 Supervisor Software Integration at Multiple Buildings Bid No.: 24-035”, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Purchasing Department, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming St, Omaha, NE 68131, until 2:00 PM, CST, Wednesday, February 13, 2024. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

2. Plans and specifications under separate contract let under a bid titled OPS Multiple Sites HVAC Controls Modernization, included in attachment D of the bid documents, may be examined and are available at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & Grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 on or after January 17, 2024, and are also on file at the following locations:
