NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON BLIGHT DESIGNATION

The Mayor and City Council of the City of Ralston, Nebraska, will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 5:30 PM at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street on a Blight and Substandard Designation for the real estate located at 84th & Harrison/Southwest Ralston area of the community (Ralston Redevelopment Area #2).

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Blight and Substandard Designation for purposes of the Community Development Law.  A copy of the study and map of the area is on file and may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 5500 S.77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska or at https://www.cityofralston.com/city-clerk/pages/blight-designation.
