NOTICE OF SALE

OF

SURPLUS CITY VEHICLE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Bennington offers to sell a surplus City vehicle consisting of a 2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit automobile, all-wheel drive, 5.7L V8 engine with approximately 90,500 miles.

Such surplus City vehicle is offered for sale via a live auction to be held at the City Office, 15505 Warehouse Street, Bennington, Nebraska, on June 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.  The minimum sale price is $9,000.00.  The vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder over the minimum sale price and the purchaser shall be required to close the sale and take delivery of the vehicle at the City Office, within three (3) business days after the close of the auction. Payment shall be via cash or certified check only, in exchange for the title and a regular Bill of Sale from the City.  No warranties are provided except warranty of title.

Such surplus City vehicle is offered for sale and shall be sold “as is” and without any warranties or representations by the City of any kind as to the quality, character, or condition thereof.
